Extensive Hands-On Experience

The EIIHS Clinical Intensives prioritize practical experience, allowing students to work with real patients under the mentorship of skilled professors and practitioners. Each participant gains the confidence and expertise needed in various treatment modalities, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and qigong. For instance, students may perform up to 50 acupuncture treatments throughout the summer, directly applying their classroom knowledge in a clinical setting.

This hands-on approach empowers students to observe and practice diverse techniques, bolstering their confidence and readiness for everyday clinical scenarios. The well-structured curriculum ensures a comprehensive understanding of TCM, preparing students to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare with confidence.
